The 2025-2026 Bare Root Hedging Season is now upon us and the cold store is ready to be turned on. We are taking orders for the 2025-2026 bare-root season and most varieties are already in stock.
From November to April we stock a wide range of native and non-native bare-root hedging plants which are kept in our cold store to extend their dormant season.

Plants include Hawthorn, Blackthorn, Crab Apple, Wild Cherry, Green and Purple Beech, Field Maple, Dog Rose, Guelder Rose, Hornbeam, Hazel, Holly, English and Sessile Oak, Privet, Rowan, Silver Birch and Viburnum.

Bare-root plants are available in a number of sizes from 20-40cm up to 200-250cm depending on the variety. The larger sizes can be supplied to order subject to availability. We also offer canes and spiral guards to support and protect your new hedging plants.
